Nut butter without palm oil!

Many conventional nut butters contain palm oil as a cheap ingredient to make them more spreadable. However, as you have certainly noticed, palm oil has come under increasing criticism in recent years. Many millions of hectares of rainforest have already been cleared for the cultivation of the oil palm, from which palm oil is extracted. For this reason, we do not use palm oil in our hazelnut cream. Instead, we focus on naturalness and are convinced that you will be able to taste the high-quality hazelnuts in our cream and their gentle processing. The hazelnut butter is a source of fibre with 7 grams of fibre per 100 grams. We also avoid adding refined sugar*. Where does the hazelnut cream come from?

For the production of our nut puree, we obtain the hazelnuts mainly from Turkey, but also from Chile, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Georgia and Azerbaijan. They are processed and bottled in Germany.

Is the hazelnut cream without sugar?

No, our hazelnut cream comes completely without additional sugar. It consists of 100% hazelnuts - a completely natural spread. However, the hazelnuts used naturally contain sugar, 5.4 grams per 100 grams of hazelnut butter to be precise.
