How should I store the banana chips and how long do they keep?

It’s best to store the banana chips in a cool and dry place, protected from light. In their unopened original packaging, they will keep for 12 months.

Are the banana chips vegan?

Of course, the only ingredients in our chips are bananas and coconut oil – that’s it! This makes them ideal for a vegan diet (and others!).

How are the banana chips prepared?

It’s not that complicated: Our bananas are first peeled and cut into thin slices of about 2–3 mm. They are then gently deep-fried in coconut oil until crispy, and carefully dried afterwards. This creates the typical crunch and delicate coconut flavour!
