How should I store the plantain chips and how long do they keep?

It is best to store plantain chips in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. They will keep for 15 months in their unopened original packaging.

Are plantain chips vegan?

Of course, the only ingredients in our chips are plantains and coconut oil – that's it! This makes them ideal for a vegan diet.

How are KoRo's plantain crisps prepared?

It's not that complicated: our plantains are first peeled and cut into thin slices of about 2–3 mm. They are then gently fried in coconut oil until crispy and carefully dried. This creates the typical crunch and delicate coconut aroma!
