Absolut! Unser Pseudomehl aus 100 % gerösteten Erdnüssen eignet sich ideal, um herkömmliches Mehl in vielen Rezepten zu ersetzen – von Kuchen über Muffins bis hin zu Brot oder Cookies. Der Clou: Das Pulver bringt nicht nur einen mild-nussigen Geschmack ins Gebäck, sondern sorgt auch für eine feine, leicht kernige Textur. Wer mag, kann es auch mit anderen Mehlsorten kombinieren, um die Konsistenz nach Wunsch anzupassen.
Am besten lagerst Du das Erdnusspulver an einem kühlen und trockenen Ort. So ist es in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung 18 Monate haltbar.
Unser Erdnusspulver besteht nur aus einer einzigen Zutat: Erdnusskernen! Deshalb ist es rein pflanzlich und wunderbar für die vegane Ernährung geeignet.
Na klaro, und es war noch nie einfacher! Mit unserem Erdnusspulver rührst Du in wenigen Minuten cremiges Erdnussmus selber an: Einfach 3–4 EL Pulver in eine Schüssel geben, nach und nach etwas Wasser hinzufügen und kräftig rühren, bis die gewünschte Cremigkeit erreicht ist. Wer es süßer mag, kann ein wenig Ahornsirup dazugeben, für den salzigen Kick passt eine Prise Salz wunderbar. Fertig ist Dein selbstgemachtes Erdnussmus – lecker, intensiv und genau so, wie Du es magst!
Wir bei KoRo teilen Lebensmittel grundsätzlich nicht in „gut“ und „böse“, „gesund“ und „ungesund“ ein. Unser Erdnusspulver kann aber Teil einer ausgewogenen und abwechslungsreichen Ernährung sein und überzeugt mit seinem hohen Protein- und Ballaststoffgehalt.
Unser Highlight: der hohe Proteingehalt! Dank des Entölens liefert das Pulver deutlich mehr Protein als herkömmliche Erdnussbutter* – ganze 48 g pro 100 g. Du dachtest, das Erdnusspulver seien bloß gemahlene Erdnüsse? Tja, dann liegst Du im Grunde richtig, denn in dem Pulver stecken tatsächlich nur 100 % geröstete Erdnusskerne. Aber das Erdnusspulver kann trotzdem noch so viel mehr! Das Entölen sorgt für einen hohen Proteingehalt und intensiven Nussgeschmack. Dazu ist es ballaststoffreich, vegan und super vielseitig einsetzbar – ob für Smoothies, Porridge, Dips oder selbst angerührtes Erdnussmus. Ein echter Küchen-Allrounder in Pulverform also!
