Of course, in theory you can make hazelnut butter yourself: roast the nuts, grind them and add a little oil and sugar. It sounds simple, but it can be quite time-consuming to achieve a creamy consistency and well-rounded flavour. With our light organic hazelnut spread, you can save yourself the effort: creamy, slightly sweet and ready to enjoy right away.

Our light organic hazelnut cream is wonderfully creamy, melt-in-the-mouth and delicately nutty. It also has a pleasant sweetness that rounds everything off perfectly.

How should I store the hazelnut spread and how long does it keep?

It is best to store the cream at room temperature. If oil has separated, simply stir it back in. The cream has a shelf life of 18 months in its unopened original packaging.

This makes it wonderfully creamy and ideal for spreading or spooning – the taste is therefore sweeter and milder than the pure version.
